Updated: 25 October 2026.

1. Seller and scope

AVRELIS, SIREN 979 350 501. Details of the website operator are provided in our legal notice.

Business address: 162 rue de Versailles, 78150 Le Chesnay-Rocquencourt, France.

Email: contact.avrelis@gmail.com.

These terms of sale apply to purchases of goods made by consumers through the AVRELIS store. The applicable version is the one provided when you place your order. You may save or print it. The mandatory rights you enjoy in your country of residence continue to apply.

Telephone: +33 6 52 90 52 15 (non-premium-rate number; charges depend on your provider).

2. Items and selection

Each product page sets out the item’s essential characteristics, format, shade and price. Differences in screens or lighting may affect how a colour appears, without removing our obligation to deliver an item that matches its description. Lifestyle portraits are not customer results. If you have any questions about suitability, contact us before ordering.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected for your market, including pounds sterling (GBP) for the United Kingdom. The total amount due, applicable taxes and any additional costs are summarised before confirmation. Standard delivery is free, with no minimum spend, to all destinations offered at checkout. Prices may change for future orders; a change does not affect an order already confirmed.

Payment is made using the methods actually offered at the secure checkout. The terms of any payment instalment option are presented by the relevant provider before you agree. Purchasing an item does not create a subscription.

4. Placing an order

Select your item and shade, check your basket, enter your details and choose your payment method. You may correct errors before final confirmation. The final button indicates your obligation to pay. These terms are available before that confirmation. An order confirmation is sent by email; keep it with these terms.

If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will inform you without delay and refund the corresponding amounts. No substitution will be imposed without your agreement. If your details are incorrect, contact us promptly.

5. Delivery

Free delivery

Standard delivery is free, with no minimum spend, to all destinations offered at checkout. The areas we serve are those accepted by the store when you place your order.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is 4 to 7 days from order confirmation. This includes preparation by our partner suppliers and transit. If we become aware of a problem or delay, we will notify you by email. AVRELIS remains your point of contact and is responsible for the proper fulfilment of your order, including when a partner handles dispatch.

Tracking and delivery address

Shipping information and a tracking link, when available, will be sent to you by email. Check your address before confirming your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at contact.avrelis@gmail.com.

Delays, loss or damage

Contact contact.avrelis@gmail.com with your order number. We will make the necessary enquiries with our partners. If delivery is delayed, you may ask us to deliver within a reasonable additional period and, if we fail to do so, cancel the contract in accordance with the law. Where the delivery date was an essential condition made known before the order, or where we refuse to deliver, your statutory rights apply without an additional waiting period. Following a valid cancellation, amounts paid will be refunded within 14 days.

The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person you designate other than the carrier offered by AVRELIS, take physical possession of the parcel. Reporting damage promptly helps us deal with it and does not limit your statutory rights.

International deliveries

Free delivery covers standard transport. Any customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country are not delivery charges. How these are handled and any known amounts will be stated before payment is confirmed; contact us before ordering if you need clarification about your situation.

6. Withdrawal, returns and refunds

Online requests

Access my orders to request a return or cancellation. Sign in using the email address you used for your order. You may also notify us of your decision to withdraw by email or post, without prior authorisation.

30-day returns

AVRELIS extends your withdrawal period to 30 days from receipt of your order to notify us of your decision to return it, without giving a reason. This commercial extension does not limit your statutory right to withdraw. For an order delivered in several parcels, the period starts when you receive the last item. If the final day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or non-working day, it is extended to the next working day.

Send a clear statement to contact.avrelis@gmail.com or by post to AVRELIS, 162 rue de Versailles, 78150 Le Chesnay-Rocquencourt, France. You may use the form below. You do not need to request prior authorisation to exercise this right.

Returning an item

After notifying us, you have 14 days to send the goods back. Contact us to arrange return tracking. Unless another address has been agreed with you, returns may be sent to the postal address above. You are responsible for the direct return costs if you simply change your mind. We cover the necessary costs where the goods do not conform to the contract or the error is attributable to AVRELIS.

Package the item carefully and keep proof of postage. You may handle the goods as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You can only be held responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond those checks. We do not apply a blanket exclusion of returns to hairpieces.

Refunds

We refund the amounts paid, including any standard delivery charges, no later than 14 days after you notify us of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof that you have sent them back, whichever happens first. The refund will use the same payment method unless you expressly agree to another method at no cost to you. Any supplement for a more expensive delivery method chosen by the customer is not refundable when exercising the right to withdraw.

Faulty, non-conforming or incorrect items

Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photographs may help us handle the issue, but are not a condition of your rights. You benefit from statutory guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects, independently of your right to withdraw.

The statutory guarantee of conformity may be invoked for two years from delivery of new goods; a defect that appears within this period is presumed to have existed before delivery unless proven otherwise. You may request repair or replacement, subject to the statutory conditions relating to cost or impossibility. The goods must be brought into conformity free of charge, without significant inconvenience, and within a maximum of 30 days. In the circumstances provided by law, you may obtain a price reduction or terminate the contract. A minor defect does not entitle you to terminate the contract.

The guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code allows you, within two years of discovering the defect and subject to the statutory conditions, to return the goods for a refund or keep them with a price reduction. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. See our terms of sale for further details.

7. Statutory guarantees

The seller is responsible for statutory guarantees. To invoke them, contact contact.avrelis@gmail.com or write to the business address. We cover the necessary costs of bringing the goods into conformity. No additional commercial guarantee is promised unless expressly communicated before the order.

Information on statutory guarantees under French law

The consumer has two years from delivery of the goods to invoke the statutory guarantee of conformity if a lack of conformity becomes apparent. During this period, the consumer only needs to establish that the lack of conformity exists, not when it appeared.

Where the sales contract provides for the continuous supply of digital content or a digital service for more than two years, the statutory guarantee applies to that digital content or service throughout the agreed supply period. During this period, the consumer only needs to establish that the lack of conformity affecting the digital content or service exists, not when it appeared.

The statutory guarantee of conformity requires the trader, where applicable, to provide all updates necessary to maintain the conformity of the goods.

The statutory guarantee of conformity entitles the consumer to repair or replacement within thirty days of their request, free of charge and without significant inconvenience.

If the goods are repaired under the statutory guarantee of conformity, the initial guarantee is extended by six months.

If the consumer requests a repair but the seller requires replacement instead, the statutory guarantee of conformity is renewed for two years from the date of replacement.

The consumer may obtain a price reduction while keeping the goods, or terminate the contract and receive a full refund in exchange for returning the goods, if:

  1. The trader refuses to repair or replace the goods;
  2. Repair or replacement takes longer than thirty days;
  3. Repair or replacement causes significant inconvenience to the consumer, particularly if the consumer permanently bears the costs of taking back or removing the non-conforming goods, or the installation costs of repaired or replacement goods;
  4. The lack of conformity persists despite the seller’s unsuccessful attempt to bring the goods into conformity.

The consumer is also entitled to a price reduction or termination of the contract where the lack of conformity is so serious that an immediate price reduction or termination is justified. In that case, the consumer is not required to request repair or replacement first.

The consumer is not entitled to terminate the sale if the lack of conformity is minor.

Any period during which the goods are unavailable for use because they are being repaired or replaced suspends the remaining guarantee period until the restored goods are delivered.

The rights described above arise from Articles L. 217-1 to L. 217-32 of the French Consumer Code.

A seller who obstructs the implementation of the statutory guarantee of conformity in bad faith may incur a civil fine of up to €300,000, which may be increased to 10% of average annual turnover (Article L. 241-5 of the French Consumer Code).

The consumer also benefits from the statutory guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code, for two years from discovery of the defect. This guarantee entitles the consumer to a price reduction if they keep the goods, or a full refund in exchange for returning them.

8. Complaints and disputes

First send your complaint in writing to contact.avrelis@gmail.com or to the business address. We will seek an amicable solution. Consumers are entitled to use a consumer mediator free of charge for an eligible dispute, after making an initial complaint, under the conditions set out in the French Consumer Code. This procedure does not prevent you from bringing the matter before the competent court.

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the mandatory protections of your country of residence. No exclusively designated court is imposed on you.

9. Personal data

Information needed for your order is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. Requests concerning your data may be sent to contact.avrelis@gmail.com.
