Online Request

30-Day Returns
AVRELIS extends your right of withdrawal to 30 days from the receipt of your order to notify us of your decision to return it, without justification. This commercial extension does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal. For an order delivered in multiple packages, this period begins upon receipt of the last item. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.
Submit a clear statement to contact.avrelis@gmail.com or by letter to AVRELIS, 162 rue de Versailles, appartement 160, 78150 Le Chesnay-Rocquencourt, France. You may use the form below. Prior authorization is not required to exercise this right.
Return the Item
After notification, you have 14 days to return the goods. Contact us to arrange return tracking. Unless another address is agreed upon with you, the return may be sent to the postal address provided above. Direct return shipping costs are your responsibility in the case of a simple withdrawal. We cover the necessary costs in the event of a lack of conformity or an error attributable to AVRELIS.
Carefully package the item and keep proof of shipment. You may perform the necessary actions to check its nature, characteristics, and operation. You can only be held liable for depreciation resulting from handling that goes beyond these checks. No general exclusion of returns applies to hairpieces.
Refund
We refund the amounts paid, including any standard shipping fees charged, no later than 14 days after notification of your decision. The refund may be delayed until the goods are recovered or your proof of shipment is received, whichever occurs first. It will be issued by the same payment method unless expressly agreed upon another cost-free solution. The surcharge for a more expensive shipping method chosen by the customer is not refundable under the right of withdrawal.
Defective, Non-Conforming, or Incorrect Item
Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos may facilitate processing and do not constitute a condition for your rights. You benefit from the statutory guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects, regardless of the right of withdrawal.
The statutory guarantee of conformity may be exercised for two years from the delivery of a new item; a defect appearing within this period is presumed to have existed prior to delivery, unless proven otherwise. You may request repair or replacement, subject to legal conditions regarding cost or impossibility. Bringing the item into conformity is free of charge, without major inconvenience, and must occur within a maximum of 30 days. The situations provided for by law allow for a price reduction or termination of the contract. A minor defect does not allow for termination.
The guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code allows, within two years of discovering the defect, you to return the goods and obtain a refund or keep them with a price reduction, under legal conditions. No clause in this policy limits your legal rights. See the Terms of Sale for additional details.

Legal Guarantees Notice
The consumer has two years from the delivery of the goods to obtain the enforcement of the statutory guarantee of conformity in the event of a lack of conformity. During this period, the consumer is only required to establish the existence of the lack of conformity and not the date of its appearance.
When the contract for the sale of the goods provides for the continuous supply of digital content or a digital service for a period exceeding two years, the statutory guarantee applies to this digital content or digital service throughout the planned supply period. During this period, the consumer is only required to establish the existence of the lack of conformity affecting the digital content or digital service and not the date of its appearance.
The statutory guarantee of conformity obliges the trader, where applicable, to provide all updates necessary to maintain the conformity of the goods.
The statutory guarantee of conformity gives the consumer the right to the repair or replacement of the goods within thirty days of their request, free of charge and without major inconvenience to them.
If the goods are repaired under the statutory guarantee of conformity, the consumer benefits from a six-month extension of the original guarantee.
If the consumer requests the repair of the goods, but the seller imposes replacement, the statutory guarantee of conformity is renewed for a period of two years from the date of replacement of the goods.
The consumer may obtain a reduction in the purchase price by keeping the goods or terminate the contract and receive a full refund upon return of the goods, if:
- The trader refuses to repair or replace the goods;
- The repair or replacement of the goods occurs after a period of thirty days;
- The repair or replacement of the goods causes major inconvenience to the consumer, notably when the consumer permanently bears the costs of collection or pickup of the non-conforming goods, or bears the installation costs of the repaired or replacement goods;
- The lack of conformity of the goods persists despite the seller's unsuccessful attempt to bring them into conformity.
The consumer is also entitled to a price reduction of the goods or termination of the contract when the lack of conformity is so serious that it justifies an immediate price reduction or termination of the contract. The consumer is then not required to request the repair or replacement of the goods beforehand.
The consumer is not entitled to the termination of the sale if the lack of conformity is minor.
Any period of immobilization of the goods for their repair or replacement suspends the guarantee remaining to run until the delivery of the restored goods.
The rights mentioned above result from the application of Articles L. 217-1 to L. 217-32 of the Consumer Code.
The seller who in bad faith obstructs the enforcement of the statutory guarantee of conformity faces a civil fine of up to 300,000 euros, which may be increased to up to 10% of the average annual turnover (Article L. 241-5 of the Consumer Code).
The consumer also benefits from the statutory guarantee against hidden defects pursuant to Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code, for a period of two years from the discovery of the defect. This guarantee entitles you to a price reduction if the goods are kept or a full refund upon return of the goods.
