Free delivery

Standard delivery is free with no minimum purchase for all destinations offered at checkout. The areas actually served are those accepted by the store at the time of the order.

Delivery time

The estimated delivery time is 4 to 7 days from the validation of the order. This time includes preparation by our partner suppliers and shipping. In the event of a known issue or delay, we will inform you by email. AVRELIS remains your point of contact and is responsible for the proper execution of your order, including when shipping is carried out by a partner.

Tracking and address

Shipping information and the tracking link, when available, are sent to you by email. Please check your address before confirming the order. In the event of any error, contact us as soon as possible at contact.avrelis@gmail.com.

Delay, loss or damage

Contact contact.avrelis@gmail.com with your order number. We will conduct the necessary inquiries with our partners. In the event of a delay, you can request delivery within a reasonable additional period and then, failing performance, terminate the contract in accordance with legal requirements. When the date is an essential condition stated before the order, or in the event of a refusal to deliver, the rights provided by law apply without an additional period. In the event of a valid termination, the amounts paid will be refunded within 14 days.

The risk of loss or damage is transferred to you upon physical possession of the package by yourself or a designated third party, other than the carrier provided by AVRELIS. Reporting damage promptly facilitates its processing without limiting your legal guarantees.

International deliveries

Free shipping applies to standard transport. Any customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country are not shipping costs. Their processing and the known amounts are specified before payment confirmation; contact us before ordering if your situation requires clarification.
